Easy Paper Strip Ornament Tutorial (Video)

Hello Stampers,

Well I am trying to go high-tech! I just recorded a tutorial on how to make these great ornaments! Thanks to my camera man Kyle. Those of you who don't know him, he is my 15 year old son. You may have seen him in some of my work. He is taking some video classes in school and is a big fan of youtube. He was under orders to film the project not me! I think he did a pretty good job!

These were made with 12 (1 x 6") strips of patterned paper. I am going to help make these at my women's group next week. The Damascus Y-Women just love crafts! If you live in the Damascus area their website is www.damascusywomen.com we have lots of fun every week, and their is childcare available.

My scrapbook purse

More of the Black Friday Cards- Chocolate fountain

Hello All!

Well it is hard to believe that Thanksgiving is staring us in the face. They say that the older you get the faster time goes. Well it is speeding by me now, I don't know what I will do as the years go on. It seems like if I blink I will be one of the elderly patients I take care of in the hospital!

Well I am working hard on my family preparations and Black Friday also! Here are a few more of the cards that we will be doing that day. I am also working on translating the 3 x 3" card holder into a card holder for A2 cards. Watch for a tutorial on that soon.

Reminder: If you are attending the Black Friday Class bring a dish to share. I will be having a Chocolate Fountain if you want to bring stuff to dip in to it!

Black Friday is coming!! Get ready!

Black Friday is coming!! Get ready!! It is one of the most wonderful days of the year. The date is Friday, November 23rd from 10:00am to 10:00pm. It is a stamp till you drop stamping fiesta!!

Details:

• Friday, November 23rd from 10am to 10pm
• Cost: $30 cost includes all your supplies. I will have yes glue for you to use, if you prefer a different adhesive please bring it with you (label with your name).
  
• Expect to leave with a huge bag of stamped cards, last year several attendees left with over 100 cards!!
  
• Bring a dish to share, Thanksgiving leftovers are welcome.
